When purchasing products, consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer, or a representative designated in advance by the consumer, receives the product from the merchant.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep it. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and—where reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging to the merchant, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the merchant.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify the merchant within 14 days of receiving the product. This notification must be submitted in writing or via email. After notifying the merchant of their intention to withdraw from the agreement, the consumer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must be able to provide proof that the product was returned on time, such as a shipping receipt with a tracking number.

You Received the Wrong Product

We are all human, right? Even though we double-check everything, it is possible that we accidentally send the wrong product. No problem—simply send us a photo of the incorrect product at info@valeroa.shop, and our customer support team will verify the issue and assist you further.

You Received a Damaged or Defective Product

Although quality is one of our highest priorities, there may be occasions when a damaged product is accidentally shipped. In this case, you do not need to return the product. You may keep or dispose of it.

You only need to send us an email at info@valeroa.shop with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product. If the photo clearly shows that the product is damaged, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible, completely free of charge.
